Patrick Mahomes Says His Restaurant with Travis Kelce Won’t Be ‘Too High-Priced’ So ‘Everybody Can Go’ “We have a love for bringing people together,” Mahomes said of their upcoming steakhouse 1587 Prime
Mahomes opened up about his vision for the steakhouse, 1587 Prime. He said the Chiefs home city is the perfect backdrop for their first culinary project.

“Me and Travis have been working on that for awhile. We’re always together. We’re always at these restaurants, and we have a love for bringing people together,” he said i“We’re going to do whatever we can to continue to bring people together and what better place than Kansas City.”
One reporter quipped it would be a “$15 menu, right?” prompting Mahomes to agree that they want the restaurant to be affordable.
“I’m sure there will be some things on there that will be $15,” he revealed. “All honesty though, we thought about that and we don’t want to make it too upscale, too high-priced that not everybody can go.”He added: “So we’re going to make it a place where hopefully Kansas City can call it home, and that everybody can be there and really enjoy it.”
And it’s not just for patrons to enjoy – the star quarterback wants to celebrate post NFL games at the joint.
“Hopefully we can win some games at Arrowhead Stadium and then we can get to go over and have a few drinks and food with it,” he said
