The late-night TV host congratulated Kelce, 34, on his multimillion-dollar, two year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs during hisPoking fun at the financial discrepancy between the couple, Kimmel, 56, joked Swift, 34, would dismiss Kelce’s contract as “gum money.”
The comedian continued, “Another weird thing about dating Taylor Swift is you can be one of the great players of all time, and this is the reaction you get to your contract extension.”
Kimmel then showed a screenshot from“I’m not sure if he’s a football player or a kitten,” the Emmy winner cracked.
Kimmel went on to congratulate Swift for being both a billionaire and “the first artist in history to occupy all of the Top 14 spots on Billboard’s Hot 100 list.”
