Serena Williams Creates Special Memories With Daughter Olympia and Adira
Williams first met her husband, Alexis Ohanian, co-founder of Reddit, in 2015 at a hotel in Rome while she was participating in the Italian Open. They got engaged in 2016 at the same hotel.
Williams and Ohanian welcomed their first daughter, Olympia, on September 1, 2017. The couple married in November 2017 at the Contemporary Arts Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. In August 2023, they welcomed their second daughter, Adira River Ohanian.
Williams frequently shares pictures and videos of Olympia and Adira on her social media, flaunting how she spends time with them. In one recent video, she was seen enjoying a carousel horse ride with Adira.
In another clip, the 23-time Grand Slam singles champion shared that her daughters, Olympia and Adira, were seen playfully fighting over her. To intervene and stop the adorable squabble, Williams hugged both of them at the same time.
On the tennis side of things, Williams turned professional in 1995 and has held the No. 1 ranking in both singles and doubles in the WTA rankings. During her career, she won a total of 39 Grand Slam titles, including 23 in singles: 7 each at the Australian Open and Wimbledon, 6 at the US Open, and 3 at the French Open.
In addition to her singles Grand Slam achievements, Williams has also claimed 14 Grand Slam titles in doubles alongside her sister, Venus Williams, and 2 mixed doubles titles with Max Mirnyi.
