Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a significant legal challenge after being hit with a $10 million sexual battery lawsuit. The new case, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 27, 2024, accuses the hip-hop mogul of dangling a woman off a 17th-floor balcony during an explosive confrontation. According to the lawsuit, Combs, enraged after showing up uninvited to an ex-girlfriend’s apartment, physically assaulted the woman, identified as Bryana “Bana” Bongolan.

Bongolan, a former clothing designer for Combs, alleges that the assault occurred in 2016, culminating in Combs threatening her life and causing significant psychological and physical harm. The lawsuit claims that Combs’ behavior violated her personal safety and autonomy, noting that the threats and violence were part of an ongoing pattern of intimidation.

This lawsuit adds to Combs’ mounting legal troubles, including his ongoing federal case involving sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has been denied bail three times in connection with those charges and faces a trial scheduled for May 2025. Combs has denied all allegations in both the new lawsuit and the sex trafficking case, with his representatives expressing confidence that the claims against him will be proven baseless in court.

As his legal woes continue to grow, the lawsuit is a stark reminder of the serious accusations facing the music mogul and the complex web of legal battles he must now confront.
