earlier this year, Page Six can confirm.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office slapped the former “Saturday Night Live” star with one misdemeanor count Friday, three months after the accident took place.
His arraignment is scheduled for July 27.
“We believe that Mr. Davidson engaged in reckless driving, which ultimately resulted in his involvement in a serious collision into a home,” a spokesperson for the DA’s office tells Page Six.“Luckily, no one was seriously injured as a result of this collision. We know that reckless driving can have devastating consequences.”revealed one corner of the house had been pushed inward, while the front left corner of the car was bashed in by the impact.
Dressed in a North Face puffer, Davidson appeared pale while talking to police officers.
The “Bodies Bodies Bodies” co-stars-turned-couple walked away unharmed and issued an apology to the homeowners, who declined to file a lawsuit against them.
