Kylie Kelce Claps Back at Comments About Her Post-Baby Body: ‘Can You Lay Off?’
Kylie Kelce isn’t afraid to clap back at her critics.
The podcaster and mom of four, 34, began her Thursday, Jan. 22, podcast by jokingly mentioning she’s the “newest inductee of the Philadelphia Phat Ass Association.” Kylie was reacting to viewers’ comments from her recent appearance on her husband Jason Kelce and his brother Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast, where she debuted a sneak peek of her and Jason going curling together for her upcoming FAFO episode.
Under the video, many viewers commented on the size of her backside. While addressing the reaction, Kylie attributed the size to the color and fit of her sweatpants, being a field hockey player and welcoming her daughter Finnley back in March.
“Guys, I wasn’t trying to put my ass on display, okay? I wasn’t trying to do that. I was trying to mind my own business and learn how to curl. Okay?” she said. “You caught me in gray pants that are skin tight cuz your girl’s got a couple extra on since I just gave birth nine months ago. Can you lay off? God.”
She went on to say that she’s “proud” of the size of her butt, jokingly adding, “she always has my back.”
“To be fair, I’m proud of her. She always has my back. I said it,” she teased. “But also, make sure you support this awesome sport. Okay, you can watch our special curling FAFO episode on February 3rd on YouTube.”
Kylie shares daughters Finnley, 9 months, Bennett, 2, Elliotte, 4, and Wyatt, 6, with the retired NFL star, 38. The proud mom regularly shares updates about her kids and their lives.
During the Wednesday, Dec. 24 episode of New Heights, Kylie joined her husband and brother-in-law for a special holiday spectacular episode. Kylie revealed during the conversation the punishment she gives her children if they use curse words.
“When our kids say something they shouldn’t say right now, it’s soap in your mouth,” she said.
The Not Gonna Lie podcaster shared that her oldest daughter has tried out a few curse words, recalling one particular moment when she had “immediate” remorse.
“To be fair, Wyatt test drove the word bitch a couple times,” she shared. “The one time I do remember, she used it in proper context, which wasn’t difficult. Ellie was inside the house, and Wyatt was closing the front door, and she went, bitch. And closes it really slowly and said it at the same time.”
“As soon as I opened the door, she was like, ‘Sorry.’ And immediate buyer’s remorse. Immediate,” continued Kylie. “She knew what was coming. It was a bar of soap.”
While the doting mom shared that she didn’t give her daughter the bar of soap that time, she said Wyatt knows she’s “not joking” about it.
“I don’t know that she got it that time because she had buyer’s remorse very quickly, but she has gotten it before, which is why she knows I’m not joking about a bar of soap,” she explained. “You can’t do empty threats. That’s what you can’t do.”
